This initial meeting has already set the students’ creative gears in motion as they begin crafting an opera libretto.
To further inspire and facilitate their creative process, after the school meeting, the students and partners embarked on a visit to the Kazimierz Reservoir on Sobieszewo Island, located right next to Gdańsk. The reservoir’s tranquil waters provided the students with their first encounter with the essential element of water. This initial experience holds significant importance for the students since they will write a story centered around this element.
Our partners are working hard to make cooperations with schools possible and we are thrilled to announce that a new meeting has occured in Poland on October 5th. During this meeting, students stepped into the world of opera as they attended the general rehearsal of “La Clemenza di Tito” by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart at the Baltic Opera. This experience offered them a profound introduction to the opera genre and its various forms.
